Join our chair cardio/movement sessions, open to all skill levels. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and feel free to bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited to 50 participants, available on a first-come, first-served basis. As we prioritize the health and safety of our community, we kindly request that if you’re feeling unwell, you stay home and take care of yourself. We look forward to welcoming you back when you’re feeling better.
