Associated Libraries of Monroe County

If you live or own property in Monroe County,

you are eligible for a library card! 

 

The service area of the Eastern Monroe Public Library includes the following municipalities:

♦ Delaware Water Gap Borough ♦ East Stroudsburg Borough ♦ Hamilton Township ♦

♦ Jackson Township ♦ Middle Smithfield Township ♦ Pocono Township ♦ Price Township ♦

♦ Smithfield Township ♦ Stroud Township ♦ Stroudsburg Borough ♦

 

 

If you live elsewhere in Monroe County, you can use your Home library card at EMPL

If you live in one of the other ten municipalities of Monroe County, you can still get a card from our library. If you have a library card in good standing from your home library, you may use that at all branches of EMPL. If you already have a card, just show it to circulation staff members. If not, we can help you apply for an EMPL card. Cards from Eastern Monroe Public Library, Clymer Library, Pocono Mountain Public Library, Western Pocono Community Library, and Barrett Paradise Friendly Library can be used at any Associated Library of Monroe County.
