Hours & Locations

The Eastern Monroe Public Library consists of the main library in Stroudsburg, (known as the Hughes Library) and two branch libraries: the Pocono Township Library on Route 611 in Tannersville, and the Library of the Smithfields in Echo Lake Park on Route 209 in Middle Smithfield Township. Library hours for all locations are listed below.
