Color Yourself Calm (self-guided)

Join us for Color Yourself Calm every Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm in the Pullen Room for a relaxing coloring session open to all ages and abilities. This self-guided event provides all the materials you need, including colored pencils, crayons, markers, and various coloring sheets. You can drop in at any time during the session, stay for as long as you like, and choose to socialize with others or enjoy some peaceful solitude. Gentle music is sometimes provided to enhance the calming atmosphere. Feel free to bring your own materials if you prefer, and enjoy a soothing break from your routine.
