Chair Yoga

Join us every Monday at 2:00pm (unless otherwise specified) in the Edinger Community Room for our chair yoga sessions, our ever-popular chair exercise classes led by Luz.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome to participate. Please dress in comfortable attire and remember to bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session. For an enhanced experience, feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
As we prioritize the health and safety of our community, we kindly request that if you’re feeling unwell, you stay home and take care of yourself. We look forward to welcoming you back when you’re feeling better.
