December: No class 12/2, 12/23, & 12/30 Join us every Monday at 2:00pm (unless otherwise specified) in the  Edinger Community Room for our chair yoga sessions, our ever-popular chair exercise classes led by Luz. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome to participate. Please dress in comfortable attire and remember to bring water to stay hydrated throughout
