Join us every Friday at 2:00pm (unless otherwise specified) in the Edinger Community Room for our chair yoga sessions, our ever-popular chair exercise classes led by Luz.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome to participate. Please dress in comfortable attire and remember to bring water to stay hydrated throughout the session. For an enhanced experience, feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
