Color Yourself Calm – Adult Coloring (Drop-In)

Join us for a soothing “Color Me Calm” Adult Coloring Session every Wednesday! The Pullen Room at Hughes is open from 12:30 to 3pm. We provide all materials (although you’re welcome to bring your own)—just drop in for a bit or stay the whole time. Discover the relaxation benefits of coloring, known to calm the anxiety center of your brain and induce a meditative state. Enjoy the zen atmosphere—be social or find quietude. Let the colors do the talking!
