Weather Closure
❄️ Winter Weather Closure – Access EMPL Online! Due to hazardous winter weather conditions, all Eastern Monroe Public Library locations — including the Hughes Library, Library of the Smithfields, and Bookmobile services — will be closed Sunday 1/25 & Monday 1/26 for the safety of our community and staff. All library programs and community meetings scheduled for today are also cancelled.
