Guided Meditation with Luz

In this one-hour weekend session, Luz will guide you through a calming rainforest-themed meditation, incorporating gentle breathing and grounding techniques to help you relax and reconnect as we ease into the Spring season. Optional, but you’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat or chair cushion, a blanket, and yoga blocks and straps. Registration is requested, but walk-ins are welcome. Call 570-421-0800 ext. 317.
