Guided Meditation with Luz
In this one-hour weekend session, Luz will guide you through a guided meditation focused on mindfulness. Participants will practice being fully in the present in the here and now and granting ourselves permission to find peace in stillness. You may enjoy the session seated on a chair or on the floor. Optional, but you’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat or chair cushion, a blanket, and yoga blocks and straps.
Please arrive early – no entry after 2pm to reduce interruptions and maintain a calming atmosphere. Registration requested but walk-ins welcome.
