DESCRIPTION:In this one-hour weekend session\, Luz will guide you through a visual meditation\njourney through Tibet and to a Tibetan monastery. Relax\, reflect\, and reconnect through\nguided breathing and visualization.Optional\, but you’re encouraged to bring a yoga mat\nor chair cushion\, a blanket\, and yoga blocks and straps. Please arrive early – no entry\nafter 2pm to reduce interruptions and maintain a calming atmosphere. \n\n● Registration requested but walk-ins welcome. Call 570-421-0800 ext. 317.
