DESCRIPTION:Bring your own journal\, scrapbook\, collage\, or other paper craft project and enjoy an afternoon of creativity in good company at our Hughes Branch! This self-guided social is a chance to craft alongside others\, share ideas\, and work at your own pace. Shared supplies and tools will be available\, including paper scraps\, book pages\, magazine cutouts\, washi tape\, glue\, scissors\, and more. \nThis is a social crafting session — not a class. No experience needed.  \nFor adults; but ages 14+ welcome. Registration is required for this session due to limited space in our smaller meeting room. Please call 570-421-0800 ext. 317 to register.

DESCRIPTION:Join our Chair Cardio sessions for a heart-pumping\, full-body movement class open to all levels. Each week features different exercises and movement styles—mixing it up between boxing\, tai chi\, balletone\, strength/balance work and more. It will get your blood flowing and make you break a sweat\, even from the chair! All movements are adaptable—Luz demonstrates modifications for different abilities\, so you can participate fully on the chair\, partially supported\, or off the chair if comfortable.  \n  \nBring water\, a towel (optional)\, and a yoga mat if you plan to move partially or fully off the chair.  \nClass is limited to 50 participants\, first-come\, first-served. Arrive early—doors close promptly at 2:00 PM\, and no late entries are allowed.
