DESCRIPTION:(moved to Pullen Room\, second floor\, across from stairs)  \nIn Celebration of National Poetry Month! Turn an existing page of text into a brand new poem! Blackout poetry (also called erasure poetry) is beginner-friendly and surprisingly fun — simply black out the words you don’t need and let the hidden poem appear. We’ll provide guidance\, examples\, and all the supplies you need. Want to make it personal? Bring a copy of something you’d like to give new meaning — a rejection letter\, a news article\, you name it. Come create\, unwind\, and celebrate National Poetry Month with us! For adults\, but ages 14+ welcome. Registration required to account for supplies and space – call 570-421-0800 ext. 317. Registration opens Monday\, March 30th.

SUMMARY:Paper Tulips: Low Pressure Adult Craft
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a relaxed craft session where we’ll make a small bouquet of paper tulips using kirigami\, the Japanese art of paper cutting and folding. This tulip design falls somewhere in the middle of the difficulty range—so it’s not the simplest\, but not the most complicated either. Be ready for plenty of folding as you bring your flowers to life! As with all of our Low-Pressure Adult Crafts\, the focus is on fun\, creativity\, and connection rather than perfection—results may vary.  \nIf you’d like something to display or carry your tulips in\, feel free to bring a small container such as a tiny vase\, a glass yogurt jar\, or similar. Tulip stems will be about 3–4 inches\, so choose something small. Containers will not be provided; All supplies for paper tulip making will be provided. For adults only (ages 18+).
