A PA Department of Health representative will be available to chat about topics such as recognizing early signs\, thinking about screening timelines\, or staying safe during daily activities. Visitors are welcome to focus on any area that interests them. Drop in anytime—no appointment or registration needed.

In this hands-on workshop\, Master Gardeners will guide participants through the basics of seed starting\, from selecting quality seeds to providing the right light\, temperature\, and moisture for healthy seedlings. Topics will include choosing appropriate containers and growing media\, understanding seed packets and germination requirements\, preventing common seedling problems\, and knowing when and how to transplant seedlings into the garden. DESCRIPTION:The Important Women in Our Lives: A Guided Writing Workshop\nSaturday\, March 21st\, 10am — Eisemann Room \nIn celebration of Women’s History Month\, published author and workshop facilitator Victoria Marie Lees will lead a writing workshop about the important women in our lives — mothers\, grandmothers\, sisters\, mentors\, friends\, teachers\, and others who have shaped us. Participants will receive guidelines for creating personal essays and be guided through brainstorming meaningful memories and experiences. The focus is on beginning to capture these cherished stories for personal reflection\, to share with family\, or potentially for publication. No writing experience is needed. This is a supportive\, low-pressure environment. Open to adults of all genders (18+). For adults\, ages 18+ only. Please bring a notebook or paper and a pen or pencil. Registration required.
