How to Submit Your 2027 Meeting Room Agreement Form
Choose the option that works best for you:
- Digital: Complete the 2027 Meeting Room Agreement Form, save it with your group name, and email it to reference@monroepl.org. The PDF is fillable on most computers if you open it in Adobe rather than in your web browser.
- Print and scan: Fill out a printed form, scan it, and email it to reference@monroepl.org. Please scan rather than photograph the form, since photos can be hard for staff to read.
- In person: Drop it off at the upstairs Information Desk at Hughes Library.
- Mail: Eastern Monroe Public Library, Reference Dept., 1002 N. 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360
Please note, printed forms are available at the Second Floor Information/Reference Desk at Hughes Library
